Corn Dog Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 egg
1/8 to 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder or more
milk

Preparation

Put enough milk with all the ingredients to make a thick batter to dip for corn dog.
Can also be used for squash, onion rings or egg plant.
