Honey Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 lb.) whole, fully cooked ham
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    1/4 c. honey
    6 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place ham on rack in an open roasting pan and bake 15 to 18 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reaches 130\u00b0.
    Remove ham from oven and increase temperature to 425\u00b0.
