Ingredients

1 qt. milk
15 Fig Newton cookies
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Crumble Fig Newtons into milk; soak about 30 minutes.
Add sugar and salt to this.
Beat egg yolks and add to mixture.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
