A Modern Grandma'S Micro Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    dash of salt
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a 1-quart micro-safe glass measure, combine the milk and chips.
    Microwave on High (100% power) for 3 minutes.
    Stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth.
    Stir in salt, vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly in 9-inch square, wax paper lined pan.
    Chill 2 hours or until firm.
    Turn out fudge on cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.
    Store loosely covered at room temperature.
