Leftover Turkey, Chicken Or Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked turkey
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. mayo or Miracle Whip
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Mixture will be dry.
    Top with sliced almonds or croutons.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot.
