Creamy Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cut-up Vegetables (combination of Broccoli, Carrots and Green or/and Red Peppers)
    1 lb. skinless, boneless Chicken Breasts, cut in strips
    1 can. fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/4 c. Water
    1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    4 c. hot cooked Rice
Preparation
    Spray skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium heat 1 minute.
    Add Vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Set aside.
    Remove pan from heat.
    Spray with cooking spray.
    Add Chicken and stir-fry over medium-high until browned.
    Add Soup, Water, Soy Sauce and Vegetables.
    Heat through.
    Serve over Rice. Serves 4.
