Sausage And Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 box macaroni and cheese mix
2 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook macaroni and cheese according to box directions.
Brown sausage, onion and pepper.
Drain.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Slowly add milk, cooking over low heat, stirring until thickened.
Stir in macaroni and cheese mix.
Spoon mixture into greased casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
