Baked Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            8 c. diced potatoes
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery with leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning (or sage)
1 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation
- 
                            Cook potatoes until almost done; drain.
Combine butter with seasonings, then with celery and onion, then pour over potatoes and mix well.
Spoon into baking or serving dish; cook for about 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
