Quick Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 very ripe bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add bananas. Gradually add flour.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into cleaned and oiled cans that you have emptied of their contents.
    Pour about 3/4 full and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 to 50 minutes.
    You can check these along (some ovens cook faster and the diameter of the cans make a difference).
    To remove, just cut the bottom out of the can and push gently.
    Enjoy with a dollop of sweet whipped cream.
