Chicken Spaghetti-Nana Corley'S - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 to 5 lb.) chicken (save broth)
1 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 small can mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c. green olives, chopped
1 stick butter
1 c. celery, chopped
2 lemons, juiced
1 small jar pimentos
1/2 lb. Velveeta, grated
12 oz. spaghetti
Preparation

Boil hen. When chicken is cool, debone and set aside, saving broth. Melt butter and brown onions, celery and green peppers. Add green olives, chopped pimentos, mushrooms and cream of chicken soup. Add enough chicken broth to make real soupy and the lemon juice. Then add Velveeta and chicken.
