Maw Maw'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. oleo
1 tsp. soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour

Preparation

Cream egg, sugar and oleo.
Add milk and dry ingredients; then add vanilla.
Roll and cut out tea cakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8-10 minutes or until light brown.
