Dried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. raw corn
1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet cream
1/3 c. or less salt (for own taste)

Preparation

Mix together (after taking corn from cob).
Dry in flat dishes in sun or in oven at low heat.
Store in tight cans, tin or glass jars.
