Cottage Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 1/4 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Heat cottage cheese until lukewarm.
Stir in sugar, salt, baking soda, eggs and yeast mixture.
Gradually add enough flour to make soft dough.
Place in greased bowl.
Let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down.
Turn dough onto floured surface.
Divide into 24 pieces; shape into balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes in approximately two 9-inch square pans.
After rolls have baked, and as soon as you remove them from the oven, you may brush sugar water on top of them if desired.
