Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1 c. corn oil
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat sugar, eggs, oil, pumpkin and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Add raisins and pecans; mix well.
    Pour into greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes.
    Chill overnight before slicing.
    Makes 3 loaves.
