Pork Chops And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/4 lb. saltine crackers, crushed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    fat trimmed from pork chops, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ground sage
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown pork chops quickly in a
    hot skillet. Lay chops in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
