Biscuit Muffins - cooking recipe

1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. lemon-lime soft drink
2 c. biscuit mix
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and divided
Preparation

Combine sour cream and soft drink in a medium bowl.
Stir in biscuit mix with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into lightly greased miniature muffin pans. Brush with half of butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with remaining butter and serve immediately. Yield: 2 dozen.
