Roasted Potato Wedges(Patate Arrosoto) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large baking potatoes
    4 cloves garlic, cleaned
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Wash
    and
    scrub potatoes.
    Cut lengthwise into sixths. Place in pan and sprinkle with fresh garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
    Bake
    at
    400\u00b0
    until
    tender,
    approximately
    40 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
