Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend together flour, salt and shortening until like fine cornmeal. Mix together egg, water and vinegar. Add to flour mixture.
    Makes 4 single crusts or top and bottom crust for 9 x 13-inch pan.
