Cream Cheese And Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fine egg noodles, cooked
    3 eggs, beaten to blend
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
    4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. golden raisins
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Combine noodles, eggs, sugar and vanilla in large bowl.
    Blend milk, cream cheese and cottage cheese in blender or processor until creamy, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add to noodle mixture.
    Stir in raisins, butter and cinnamon.
    Transfer to prepared dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve warm or at room temperature with sour cream.
