Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    2 c. crushed Cheese-Bit crackers
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook
    vegetables
    according
    to package and drain.
    Mix cooked vegetables
    with
    onion,
    celery,
    mayo, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Pour into well-greased 2 quart casserole. Mix
    crushed crackers with melted margarine and sprinkle over top.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
