Country Chicken And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, cut into bite size
4 medium bell peppers, cut into bite size
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole beans
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1 large onion, quartered
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into bite size
Preparation

In large open roasting pan, mix potatoes, sausage and oil. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cut each chicken breast in half. Separate onion into pieces.
Add chicken, onion, bell pepper, water, salt and oregano, tossing until mixed.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Separate beans under running water; drain.
Sprinkle beans over chicken mixture.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, until chicken and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
