Louisiana Yam Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 yams, cooked, peeled and mashed
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raw milk
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat yams, butter, honey and seasonings together in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
    Stir in milk, pecans and raisins.
    Turn mixture into a 1-quart baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
