Chicken With Rice(Method: Dutch Oven) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pieces deboned chicken breast
1 c. instant rice
salt and pepper
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown chicken breasts in small amount of oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine undiluted soup and rice; spoon over top of browned chicken in Dutch oven.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and cover.
Bake in hot coals for about 45 minutes, until done and liquid is absorbed.
