Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 (7 oz.) bag coconut
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    In large bowl, blend all ingredients together.
    Spoon into 2 glass pie plates (sprayed with Pam).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Yield: 2 pies.
