Tahitian Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (cherry, orange or lime)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 can small crushed pineapple
    1 small banana, sliced
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Drain pineapple and save liquid and add 3/4 cup water.
    Add to Jell-O.
    Chill until very thick, then fold in fruit and coconut.
    Chill.
