German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon
3 Tbsp. flour
4 tsp. onion, chopped
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. powdered dry mustard
1/2 tsp. crumbled whole rosemary leaves
2 qt. cooked diced potatoes
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp, remove from pan, drain and crumble.
Add 1/2 c. of bacon fat left in the pan.
Add flour and onion.
Stir in spices.
Cook only until medium thickness.
Add potatoes, parsley and crumbled bacon.
Mix carefully with 2 forks to prevent mashing the potatoes.
