7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream margarine and shortening with sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add lemon extract.
    Add flour and 7-Up alternately, beating after each addition.
    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done.
