6 Week Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. soda
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. melted margarine
Preparation

In a very large bowl, mix cereal, sugar, flour, salt and soda. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
May be used at once or covered and stored in refrigerator to use as needed.
Fill greased or lined muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Good to add chopped nuts or additional fruit (like blueberries).
