Pioneer Pie Crust For Cobblers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/3 tsp. salt
    ice water (approximately 1 c.)
Preparation
    Put Crisco in a mixing bowl.
    Do not cream Crisco.
    Add flour and salt and blend together (best to use fingers to blend it).
    Add small amount ice water and mix.
    Keep adding ice water until dough sticks together.
    Roll dough out on a floured board with a floured rolling pin.
    Do not handle dough too much, as it makes crust tough.
