Jalapeno And Pimiento Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3 canned jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
2 tsp. minced onion
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Spread mixture in a light greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes; let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately. Yields 3 dozen.
