Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. smoked hickory flavor
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 lb. meat, cut into lean strips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, then soak lean strips in marinade overnight.
    Dry on lowest setting in oven with door cracked open for about 6 hours.
    I hang the meat by toothpicks or in a dehydrator on 425\u00b0 until dry.
