Gawumke(Cabbage Rolls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. rice
1 head cabbage
1 or 2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
small minced onion
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except the cabbage.
Boil cabbage to soften the leaves.
Cut leaves off the core.
Thin out the thick part of the cabbage leaf near the core.
Scoop some of the mixture into the cabbage leaves and roll tight, tucking in the ends.
Repeat until mixture is gone.
Spray baking dish and place rolls in dish.
Pour sauce over rolls.
