Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. tomatoes, skinned
    6 onions, chopped
    6 green peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. vinegar
    4 cloves garlic
    3 hot peppers (not sweet)
    4 tsp. whole cloves *
    4 tsp. whole allspice *
    4 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon *
Preparation
    *Or use 4 tablespoons of pickling spice.
