Pot Roast In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. roast
salt
pepper
onion

Preparation

Place meat in center of piece of foil.
Salt, pepper and slice onion on top.
Fold foil.
Place seam side up in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
