Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat sugar and oil until mixed well.
Add eggs.
Mix flour, salt and soda.
Stir in fruit cocktail.
Beat and pour in tube pan. Sprinkle with coconut on top of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
