Pickle Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large cukes
    2 stalks celery
    4 large onions
    1 red pepper or pimento (optional)
    4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop cukes, celery, onions and pepper in blender.
    Let stand 6 to 8 hours in salt water; drain for 10 minutes before ready to use.
    Mix vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed; bring to boil.
    Add vegetable mixture; return to boil.
    Get lids and jars ready to can.
    Use water bath to seal.
