Peaches And Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
    1 (16 oz.) can peaches
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, egg, baking powder and pudding; beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour into greased pie pan.
    Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
    Place peaches over batter.
    Combine cream cheese, 3 tablespoons peach syrup and 1/2 cup sugar; beat for 2 minutes. Spoon to 1 inch of edge of batter.
    Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is browned.
