Strawberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 graham cracker crust
1 c. sliced strawberries

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended.
Add egg and blend again.
Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
Top with strawberries before serving.
