Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 stalk celery
1 stick melted oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
English peas (optional)
carrots (optional)
Preparation

Boil chicken with celery, salt and pepper.
Debone chicken and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour melted oleo over chicken.
If using vegetables, add them now.
Mix flour and milk with wire beater and pour over chicken.
Heat chicken broth and add cream of chicken soup.
Mix with wire beater.
Pour over flour mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until slightly brown (about 25 to 30 minutes).
If overcooked it is too dry.
