Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. sefl-rising flour
    2 eggs
    1 sm. can cream style corn
    1 med. onion, chopped
    2-3 hot peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    sm. jar pimentoes, chopped and drained
    milk, enough to mix
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Spoon batter into muffin pans. Bake until brown on top.
