Baked Scrambled Eggs(With Bacon, Cheese And Chives) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
6 egg whites
3/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. white bread, crusts trimmed, torn into small pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper
5 strips bacon, preferably smoked with apple wood
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. diced sweet onions
1/4 c. snipped chives
1 1/2 c. shredded Muenster or Jack cheese
Preparation

Whisk eggs and egg whites in large bowl until frothy.
Add milk, bread, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Let stand 20 minutes.
