Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add persimmon pulp and milk, then add eggs and butter.
    Pour into greased pan and bake 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
