Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, (optional)
    1 (11 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Pound flour, salt, and pepper into steak.
    Cut into serving size pieces.
    Brown meat on both sides in oil with onion.
    Add soup diluted with water.
    Simmer slowly for 2 hours or more, until tender.
    You can also put the oven on low.
