Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

20 graham crackers
1/2 cube butter or margarine
3 large (24 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 large eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Crush crackers and make a regular graham cracker crust, mixing crumbs and margarine.
Place in baking dish, 15 x 9 1/2 or 2-inch or smaller for thicker cake (13 x 9 1/2-inch).
Mix cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
Pour over graham cracker crust and bake 35 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
Cool to warm to lukewarm.
