Chicken Noodle Soup With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up and skin removed
    1 qt. water
    4 medium carrots, cut into slices
    4 medium stalks celery, cut into slices
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients, except noodles, to boiling in Dutch oven; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until chicken is done, about 45 minutes. Skim fat. Remove chicken from broth. Cool slightly. Cook noodles as package directs. Remove chicken bones; shred chicken into pieces. Add chicken and noodles to broth. Heat through.
