Beer Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick 10 oz. Extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic
tabasco sauce to taste
1/8 t. salt
1-7 oz. bottle beer

Preparation

Grate cheese and garlic in a food processor, add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Mix until creamy and spreadable.
Serve with crackers.
