Ingredients

1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. chopped pecans
5 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Melt ice cream and blend in almond extract.
Mix crumbs and pecans; pour 1/2 the mixture into an extra large Pyrex dish.
Pour the melted ice cream mixture over the crumb mixture and put remaining crumbs over the top.
Freeze and cut in squares to serve.
