Mango Vinaigrette(Tropical Sauce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large ripe mango, peeled and coarsely chopped (pit discarded)
1 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar (you can substitute with a vinegar or your choice)
3/4 c. olive oil (use good quality)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
chopped chives, cilantro or mint (optional)
Preparation

Place the mango in the blender or food processor.
Add the honey.
Slowly while you process, add the vinegar.
Add the olive oil.
Add salt, pepper and optional herbs.
Blend thoroughly. Check for seasoning.
Use over salad, chicken breasts or slices of pork tenderloin.
