Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    6 slices loaf bread, crust trimmed and cubed
    6 large eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle bread cubes over sausage.
    Beat eggs, mustard, milk and salt.
    Pour over bread.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Before baking, top with cheese.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
