Bonny'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 10 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    celery to taste (I use 2 stalks)
    juice from 1 lemon
    Hellmann's mayo to taste (I start out with 2 to 3 heaping Tbsp.)
    1 c. green grapes, cut in 1/4 or 1/2 (optional)
    sliced almonds (handful, optional)
    croissants (optional)
Preparation
    Cook and dice chicken breasts in food processor until fine. Pulp onion in food processor.
    Add celery; again, pulp in food processor.
    Squeeze lemon over chicken.
    Add remaining ingredients and serve on croissants.
